Chef – London & Cambridge

Job role

You will support the head chef at one of our customer sites, strong communication skills, drive and self-motivation is essential.

  • Planning menus
  • Making sure food is of the right quality
  • Managing stock
  • Ordering food from suppliers
  • Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
  • Managing health and hygiene procedures
  • Supervising junior staff

 

The candidate

You will have previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry as a chef.

  • Organisational skills to manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
