Bon Appetit partner with mental health charity, Mates in Mind

Yesterday was Blue Monday – often labelled the toughest day of the year for mental health, when people are experiencing post-Christmas fatigue, financial pressure, and low motivation.

At Bon Appetit, we wanted to turn that idea on its head.

That’s why we proudly supported Blue Monday with Mates in Mind, helping to shine a light on mental wellbeing across the construction industry.

To help brighten the day, we offered £1 hot drinks, with 10p from every drink donated to the brilliant Mates in Mind charity.

A small gesture, but one with a bigger purpose – starting conversations, showing support, and reminding people they’re not alone. All while keeping teams warm and fuelled on site.

Mental health matters every day, not just on Blue Monday. We’re proud to play our part in supporting an industry that looks out for one another.
