20 Feb Random Acts of Kindness Week

To mark Random Acts of Kindness Week, we ran a competition across all Bon Appetit sites, encouraging the construction teams to recognise and celebrate colleagues who brighten their day.

The aim was simple: to reinforce Bon Appetit’s wellbeing values, create a feel-good moment on site, and give people the opportunity to pause and appreciate the everyday kindness shown by their peers.

Each nomination was entered into a prize draw, with five lucky winners selected at random, each bagging free canteen credit.

It’s been fantastic to see so many responses and such genuine appreciation for their peers. The messages truly highlighted the positive impact kindness has across the construction industry.
